The Halo delivery company has been operating on the Montenegrin market for 8 years, and during that time we have achieved enviable success in the field of parcel delivery through hard work and perseverance. We are recognized on the market as an accurate, organized and transparent courier service that monitors shipments in real time together with its clients and successfully resolves all requests of both the recipient and the sender. Our main task is to ensure that every shipment is picked up on time, adequately stored, shipped safely and delivered at the agreed time.

Our logistics center, with our IT Support, provides recipients and senders with the opportunity to track shipments and know the status of the shipment at any time. Thanks to a modern application, we provide our clients with a simple way to access data for each shipment. Each of our clients receives a Viber group with the application, which includes all couriers, call centers and senders. In that Viber group, couriers communicate directly with clients in cases where they have a problem with delivery (wrong contact, recipient does not answer, recipient does not want to pick up for some reason, etc.) where clients can intervene in real time, monitor and give possible instructions what next with the shipment. Likewise, they have direct contact with the courier with the possibility of calling him with further instructions for the delivery of the package.
